Kneedeep in mud - Muddy Buddy 2k15

On sunday the 15th of march "Muddy Buddy" was on in Tasman - that is basically a "run" through the mud even tho you can't run, because it was way to slippery. Everybody tryed to get as muddy as they could. You were able to decide if you want to run 1 lap (2km), 2 laps (4km) or 3 laps (6km) - we ran 2 laps. 

It was one of the funniest events that I've done here, because we felt so stupid crawling thru the mud and then getting stuck in the middle of a water hole and nearly losing our shoes, because we didn't tape them properly. And it was hard work to get the mud of afterwards!!

I think when you look at the pictures you will have a better idea of the hundreds of people running, how muddy we were and how much fun we had together.

Last weeks

Hi guys,

I had the feeling that I should tell you about my last weeks and what happened.

You already know that we had athletics day a while ago, if you would like to see some more pictures of the day klick here: Athletics Sports Day
 
This week we had another sports day for people who like to swim called swimming sports day and my school uploaded some pictures on their Facebook page as well: Swimming Sports Day

Most of the other stuff that happened is quite random so sorry for that:

• I had to write a math assessment
• We had a fire alarm in the middle of a storm and we where standing outside for like 20 minutes
• I'm really into kayaking at the moment and I already managed to roll (3 times in a row), next week we are having a small trip on the river and I'm quite excited.
• I'm doing a photography project about drink glasses
• We made risotto and pear cake in Food Tech and it was yummi as 
• I made a black forest cake with Diana
• 2 of my fav's are leaving soon and that's horrible
• a friend of me had her goodbye party yesterday and it was really cool
• she will visit me in Berlin
• I talked to my host brother yesterday the first time for an hour he is much more likeable now to me 
• I am really tired atm
